Can I come and watch a class first?

Yes! Everyone is welcome to come watch a class first!

What should I bring with me

You should bring hand wraps and gloves if you have them, make sure you remember your water bottle and towel, also remember to wear comfy athletic clothing thats easy to move around in.

Do I need to be in shape before I start?

Absolutely not! Our gym is for everyone, regardless of your current fitness level. It's the perfect place to start your fitness journey and to improve.

What if I've never tried this before?

No worries! Many of our members are beginners too. Our classes are welcoming and inclusive, making it easy for newcomers to jump in and learn.

Do I need to book my free trial session in advance?

No, simply click the 'Free Trial' button in the menu and fill out the form to let us know you're coming. Then, choose a class time that suits you and come down to that class. It's as easy as that!

What if I'm more interested in the fitness aspect rather than the fighting?

Muay Thai is an excellent workout for everyone, not just fighters. It combines martial arts and fitness and is suitable for all fitness levels. Muay Thai training is fun and inclusive whether you want to boost cardio, build strength, or learn self-defence.
